Clare works with our families who require a little extra input. Clare can support by setting up packages of care and supporting patients who are struggling to access services. Clare works in partnership with local facilities and charities who can support families.

Clinical Pharmacist
We have a team of pharmacists who work with us on a daily basis.
Our pharmacist team perform lots of safety checks in regards to medication use and completes medication reviews with our patients. As well as other medication related tasks.

Pharmacy Technician
Claire Nicholls
GP practice pharmacy technicians work under the supervision of a pharmacist and are registered healthcare professionals that are responsible and accountable for their own accurate and safe practice. Claire supports the GPs and clinical pharmacist in providing medication reviews and achieving quality and outcomes framework targets.
