Known problems

We have found that patient who use the NHS have reported the following problems.

  • Unable to see all the medication that they wish to order.
    • Sometimes this is because the patient is due for a review, or for the medication to be reauthorised before it can be ordered. Please contact reception if this is happening to you, and they can advise you.
  • It does not look like all the medication I have ordered has been processed.
    • Quite often patients contact us asking why we have not processed their whole prescription. Please check with reception as often everything has been done, but it is not shown on the NHS app.
  • Some of the information does not look correct or looks like it does not belong to me.
    • Let us know. We can investigate this for you and ensure that your record is updated correctly. Please provide exactly what is incorrect and when it is on your record, we can investigate any anomaly’s and correct the notes as required.
