Our reception team are usually the first people that you will make contact with on your health journey. They are the backbone of the surgery and ensure great communications between clinical and administrative staff.
We have a friendly and professional group people, led by Caroline, who are ready to help you wherever they can. We would never be able to quantify the number of tasks that the reception team do behind the scenes. These include processing repeat prescriptions and medical documents, arranging appointments, and patient and GP queries.
